● Opt-in is required by Wednesday 28th August 2024
● Betsoft’s Hold and Win Weekender includes 50 cash prizes and in tournament format.
● The tournament runs between 09:00AM Wednesday 4th of September until 08:59AM 9th of September CEST 2024.
● In order to qualify for the promotion, minimum 3 qualifying games must be displayed in prominent lobby placements (IE visiblefromhome page) for the entire promo period, along with a banner from the promo pack.
● In-game rules: each qualifying game will display terms & conditions with how to play description.
● Qualifying games include ALL Betsoft’s Hold and Win games
● In-game tool languages: English, German, French, Spanish
● The payment of cash prizes cannot be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players should be able to withdrawprizes
immediately should they elect to do so.
● Each Operator with a winning player(s) and manual payout must inform the winning player of the prize and shall credit the cashprizetothe winning player’s account within 24 (twenty-four) – 72 (seventy-two) hours.
● Each Operator with auto payouts implemented shall not credit the cash prize/s to the winning player’s account, player/s will receivethe prize/s automatically.
● The tournament winner lists will be provided at the end of the promotion on the 9th of September.
● It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure that Betsoft’s Hold and Win Weekender promotion is conducted in accordancewiththeapplicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the promotion is offered.
● Betsoft Gaming will reimburse all operators of any amounts paid to winning players who opt for cash prizes by deducting suchamountsfrom the relevant operator's invoice.
