The Evolution Winter Winfest Promotion 2023 (“Campaign”) is operated by Evolution (and/or by
Evolution Group companies). Participation in the Campaign is conditional upon casinos/Operators
(“You”/”Your”) opting in to the said campaign by no later than November 16th, 2023. To the extent
applicable, platform providers shall ensure that all Approved Partners/sub-licensees opt into the
Campaign.
➢ How to opt-in
The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to participate in the Campaign:
• You must give the Qualifying Tables a top positioning on the ‘Live Casino’ tab of all applicable
urls
• You must give the Qualifying Tables a top positioning on the Home Page of all applicable urls
• Promotions page
• CRM send-out (to be agreed between the parties) in respect of the Qualifying Tables
• Container/ Thumbnail (direct launch)
➢ Campaign Term
The Campaign shall run from November 27th 00:00 UTC until 23:59 UTC December 24th (“Campaign
Term”).
➢ What does the Campaign consist of?
Evolution will run a leaderboard promotion over 4 (four) separate weeks (”Qualifying Weeks”) with 4
(four) separate leaderboards held. Scoring on the leaderboard will be based on the amount of net
winnings Campaign participants (“Players”) accumulate on qualifying tables during the Campaign
Term.
1 (one) point will be assigned to a Player for each and every €1 net win. Losing games with negative net
value are not counted towards leaderboard.
Net wins will be calculated according to the following formula: Total Payout less Total Wager for Game
Round = Net Win.
All non-EUR currencies will be converted according to currency multiplier rates set out in the table in
document “Currency Multiplier Rates”. By way of example, for USD currency 1:1 rate conversion will be
used where each $1 Net Win will result in 1 (one) point.
Players can only win 1 (one) prize per leaderboard. Leaderboard points will be reset after each
Qualifying Week.
In the event of a tie, the Player who has higher total wager on Qualifying Tables will be the winner. If
this still results in a tie, the Player that achieved the points first will be the winner.
The top 100 (one hundred) Players with the highest Net Win during each Qualifying Week will receive
cash prizes.
➢ Prizes
The overall prize pool is €200,000. This prize pool will be distributed as follows:
• Week 1 (27th November – 3rd December): €50,000 (EUR)
• Week 2 (4th December – 10th December): €50,000 (EUR)
• Week 3 (11th December – 17th December): €50,000 (EUR)
• Week 4 (18th December – 24th December): €50,000 (EUR)
Prizes are split as follows for each Qualifying Week:
• 1
st – €10,000
• 2nd – €5,000
• 3rd – €3,000
• 4th – €2,000
• 5th – €1,500
• 6th – 10th – €1,000 each
• 11th – 20th – €750 each
• 21st – 40th – €500 each
• 41st – 100th – €100 each
It is the Operator’s obligation to inform winning Player(s) of their Prizes and to pay such Prizes. The
Payment of Prizes cannot under any circumstances be tied or, otherwise, conditioned on any wagering
requirements: Players must be able to withdraw prizes freely. All Prizes paid out to winning Players will,
on production of reasonable supporting documentation requested by Evolution, be refunded by
Evolution in the form of a credit note given in the following month’s invoice.
➢ Qualifying Tables
The games subject to the Campaign are the following:
Week 1: Game Shows (Crazy Time; Funky Time; Dream Catcher; MONOPOLY Live, MONOPOLY Big
Baller; Crazy Coin Flip; Crazy Pachinko; Extra Chilli Epic Spins; Mega Ball; Cash or Crash; Deal or No
Deal; Lightning Dice; Lightning Lotto; Football Studio; Football Studio Dice; Gonzo’s Treasure Map;
Dead or Alive Saloon)
Week 2: Live Blackjack (All Live Blackjack games and tables)
Week 3: Live Roulette (All Live Roulette games and tables)
Week 4: Live Roulette (All Live Roulette games and tables)
➢ Other terms and conditions
The following general terms shall apply:
1. Evolution (acting reasonably and in good faith) reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any
time.
2. You shall ensure that the Campaign is conducted in accordance with the Applicable Laws of
those markets where the Campaign is offered by You. Evolution will be held harmless from and
against any and all liability or loss of whatsoever nature resulting from Your failure to comply.
3. Evolution reserves the right to subject the winning of any rewards to such reasonable
verification processes (including, but not limited to, age verification and geo-location
verification) that Evolution (acting reasonably and in good faith) may, from time to time,
request in writing (email permitted).
4. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Evolution disclaims all warranties, either
express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose and/or markets/jurisdictions with respect to the Campaign. The
offering of the Campaign to You is in its entirety conditional upon and subject to You being
solely responsible for ensuring that the Campaign is only offered to Users in those
markets/jurisdictions where it is legal to do so and/or in accordance with Your applicable
licences. Accordingly, You shall ensure that the Campaign is only used by it where it is legal to
do so and, wherever legal, expressly in accordance with Applicable Laws. Evolution (and its
Group entities) will be held harmless from and against any and all liability or loss of whatsoever
nature resulting from Your failure to comply.
5. Evolution reserves the right to change the Campaign Game(s) at its discretion.
6. Evolution reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign and/or any
component thereof, at any time with immediate effect upon written notice (email permitted) to
You.
7. You undertake to provide Evolution with any and all reasonable supporting documentation to
show your fulfillment of all the opting-in requirements.
