General

The promotion “Yeet&Sweet” is a network promotion in which all operators will be automatically included.
Operators must notify their dedicated GameArt Account Manager by the 18th of January 2024 or one week
before each tournament if they want to opt out of this campaign.
The promotion begins at 10:00 UTC on Friday, the 9th of February 2024, and ends at 21:59 UTC on Sunday,
the 5th of January 2025. The promotion will be divided into 10 tournaments as follows:
GameArt reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the promotion at any time.

Competition

To participate, players must click on JOIN in the in-game widget and play the qualifying games with a
minimum bet of €0.20 or its currency equivalent per spin. Players can follow their score on the in-game live
leader board. In order for their score to be valid and displayed on the leader board, a player must complete
at least one cycle of 30 spins. A player can complete an unlimited number of cycles, but only the complete
cycle with the highest result qualifies for the leader board. Terms&Conditions for players will be published

“Yeet&Sweet” is available to play with real money only.
How do Yeet&Sweet tournaments work?
Players need to simply make winning bets in any of the eligible games and then they’ll be awarded
leader board points. Please note that playing over multiple games is allowed in Yeet&Sweet, so players
may only play one game at any given time but may switch between eligible games at any point.
The points system is based on total accumulated multipliers over the cycle of the 30 rounds of spins.
Points per spin are calculated as multipliers – the amount won in each spin is divided by the amount
wagered. For example: if player bets €1 and the win is €10 it means that win-multiplier is 10. Points are
calculated as win-multiplier multiplied by 100. So in this example, the player will receive 1000 points
when win-multiplier is 10.
Please note that the Gamble feature does not contribute to this calculation. Only wins from the base
game are counted; any points acquired using the Gamble feature will be nullified. For example, if a player
bets €1 and wins €10, and then increases the win by playing the Gamble feature, only 1000 points will
be awarded.

Prizes

Prizes for this campaign are set up in EUR.
The dedicated Account Managers will inform all operators about the winning players after every stage.
Operators are responsible for contacting any winning players from their casino within 48 hours. It
is the responsibility of the operator to ensure that all cash prizes are paid according to the pay table
unless the operator integrates the instant payout solution by GameArt. The proof of accreditations
must be sent to [email protected] if the operator doesn’t support GameArt’s instant payout solution.
GameArt reserves the right to void scores, or not pay out a prize, where all or part of the score results
From any obvious error, mistake, or technical fault (including incorrect game payouts) whether caused
by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games. We further reserve the right
to void scores, or not pay out a prize when, in our opinion, all or part of the score results from cheating
or collusion with other players.

Compensation

GameArt will deduct the winning cash amounts from clients’ invoices in the month following the
promotion.

Marketing and Promotion activities

Games Positioning: Five (5) qualifying games will be featured across all the tournaments within the
promotion, and three (3) of these games of your choice must be displayed in the top rows of the casino
lobby for the duration of the promotion and marked with a promo tag.
Promotion Banners: Banners advertising the Promotion will be placed on both the desktop and
mobile Home/Slots pages. These banners may be linked to a dedicated promotion page or one of the
participating games for the duration of the promotion.
Player Notifications: We encourage you to engage players through targeted communication channels
such as Email, SMS, and push notifications at various phases of the promotion, including the pre,
early, and late tournament phases.
Pop-up Messages: Use pop-up messages to communicate with players.
Inbox Messaging: Deliver messages to players via the on-site inbox or player account pages.
Promotion Page: Feature a dedicated promotion page within your promo section.
Social Media Announcements: Generate awareness and excitement about the promotions via your
social media channels.
