Massachusetts Governor Legalizes 2025 Online Lottery

On Monday, Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey signed the fiscal year 2025 budget, marking a significant milestone by legalizing online lottery sales in the state. This legislation allows residents aged 21 and older to purchase lottery tickets online, while maintaining the current minimum age of 18 for physical lottery sales at retail locations.
