Bonuses – General Terms

1a. All and any bonuses are available to players from any countries except for Sweden (SE).
Players from Finland aren't eligible for any deposit-based bonuses.

1b. The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement. The maximum you will ever be able to withdraw from play with funds associated with a nodeposit bonus is 50 EUR, 50 USD, 500 NOK, 75 CAD, 75 AUD, 200 PLN, 75 NZD, 1,200 CZK, 6,000 JPY. To submit a withdrawal request, the account must be fully verified and a minimum deposit must be made.

1c. The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a cashback bonus, comp points bonus, tournament bonus, any deposit bonus except welcome bonus, personal VIP bonus or the weekly bonus will be 10,000 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD, 100,000 NOK, 50,000 PLN, 250,000 CZK, 1,200,000 JPY.
Please note that any amount in excess will be forfeited prior to requesting a withdrawal.
Time-frame set for examination for each specific case is set up to 14 working days.

1d. Only one bonus is awarded per person (e-mail/browser/device/IP address), unless stated otherwise.

1e. While you have active bonus, maximum bet for all game types (slots, live games, table games, scratch, action games) is 5 EUR / 5 USD / 50 NOK / 6.5 CAD / 6.5 AUD / 6.5 NZD / 20 PLN /125 CZK, 600 JPY (Unless stated otherwise in special terms for the bonus). Purchasing any game features (including but not limited to respins) will add to your bet amount. If the player exceeds the maximum bet when the bonus is active, Woocasino reserves the right to confiscate the winnings.

1f. To get any deposit bonus, the player needs to make a deposit of at least EUR 20, USD 20, 200 NOK, 25 CAD, 25 AUD, 25 NZD, 100 PLN, 500 CZK, 2,400 JPY.

1g.To activate any deposit bonus, the player must use the bonus code provided in the bonus description (unless stated otherwise in the bonus description).

1h. To use the free spins, the player needs to visit the client area, open the “Bonuses” tab and activate the free spins. They will then become available for the corresponding slot.

1i. When using an activated bonus, the real money from the player's account is wagered first and only then the bonus money.

1j. You can claim only one bonus at a time. Deposit-related bonuses are not stacked.

1k. All deposit bonuses must be wagered x40. Unless stated otherwise, no-deposit and free spin bonuses must be wagered x40 times before the funds can be withdrawn. A minimum deposit of €20 is required to cash out following a no-deposit or a free spin bonus.

1l. No bonuses are available for any of the crypto currencies.

1m. If a player is suspected of abusing a free spin promotion or hasn’t wagered the sum of deposit made to receive these free spins at least 3 (three) times (excluding bets made on table games), Woocasino management, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel all free spin bonuses and any winnings acquired from them.

1n. If for any reason selected deposit bonus did not activate, the player must seek assistance for the customer support team before playing. If the selected deposit bonus wasn’t activated and the player spent some or all of the funds, the selected deposit bonus cannot be added manually.

1o. Comp Points may be exchanged to bonuses. General bonus terms are applied to these bonuses unless stated otherwise.

First-deposit free spins

2a. First deposit free spins are added as a set of 25 per day for 6 days – amounting to 150 free spins in total. The first 25 free spins are added immediately after a successful activation of the bonus. The next 25 free spins are added in 24 hours, and it goes on like that for 5 days.

2b. Winnings obtained with the help of free spins have an x40 wagering requirement.
