General Bonus Terms and Conditions

10.1 General Bonus Terms

10.1.1 Only one bonus is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. Betroom24 Reserves the right to close any account that is considered a duplicate account and confiscate the assets of the relevant account.

10.1.2 If no other information is given, the minimum qualifying deposit for claiming a bonus is: 20 EUR, 20 USD, 20 CAD, 20 AUD or 200 NOK. The maximum amount of the bonus varies depending on the campaign.

10.1.3 Bonuses received with a no-deposit requirement (free spins, cashback, cash reward, money reward or any other form of received bonus or cashback) have maximum withdrawal limit of 50 EUR or equivalent in other currency. In case bonus received is more than 50 EUR, maximum withdrawal in that case is 5 times received amount. Bonuses that comes with a deposit requirement (10.2., 10.3.) have limits on withdrawal of 5 (times) deposit amount. Any balance above maximum withdrawal amount is forfeited manually once player reach maximum withdrawal amount or when player requests withdrawal.

10.1.4 All bonuses issued by Betroom24 can only be used for games and not be transferred or paid out unless the specified bonus conditions for the bonus campaign are fulfilled. When you play with a bonus, funds are first taken from the real money balance, and after that from the bonus money balance.

10.1.5 All bonuses have an end date. If the bonus conditions are not fulfilled at the end time, Betroom24 has the right to cancel the bonus or remove the bonus money from the gaming account. Betroom24 reserves the right to empty the player's gaming account bonus money or winnings generated with the help of bonus if the player has not been logged into their account during last 30 days.

10.1.6 All games have a maximum betting limit of 4 EUR (or equivalent in other currencies) per game round/spin during bonus is active on the player's account. Moreover, it is strictly forbidden to use any slot special features, including “gamble feature”, “buy bonus feature, “buy free spins future” and “bonus hunt” (collecting bonuses with intention to later open it) during bonus active period (“active bonus”) on the player's account. 10.1.7 Players are not allowed to collect and/or combine bonuses. Bonus is considered as active until withdrawal request has been processed or when players balance reach zero out threshold which is set to 1 EUR or equivalent in other currency.

10.1.9 We reserve the right to apply a rollover of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount when claiming any bonus at our sole discretion as per AML policy. Betroom24 reserves the right to cancel / change / stop promotions at any time without prior notice.

10.1.10 If the bonus terms and conditions above have been translated into various languages and these reflect the same principles, but in the event of any differences between the language versions, the English version shall prevail.

10.2 Welcome Offer

10.2.1 You are eligible for one Welcome Offer which consists of: one first deposit bonus, one second deposit bonus and one third deposit bonus per Betroom24 account which shall mean no more than one of each bonuses per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).

10.2.2 Welcome Offer is valid for all new qualifying customers of Betroom24 for their first three consecutive deposits only as specified below in following order; first deposit with bonus code BET100, second deposit with bonus code BET200 and third deposit with bonus code BET300. Should a player violate this rule, he or she will forfeit the bonus as well as any winnings which have resulted from the payout of the bonus or other games which were completed during the violation period. All bonus codes must be used before the confirmation of deposit. In order to get the first deposit bonus, player needs to use the bonus code: BET100 before making deposit. To get the second deposit bonus, player needs to use the bonus code: BET200 and for third deposit bonus code: BET300 needs to be used before making deposit. Each Bonus is active for 30 days from moment it has been claimed.

10.2.3 Maximum amount of third deposit to claim third deposit bonus is two times amount of second deposit (10.2.2) Should a player violate this rule, he or she will forfeit the bonus as well as any winnings which have resulted from the payout of the bonus or other games which were completed during the violation period.

10.2.4 Each bonus in Welcome Package is “sticky” and will be forfeited once you make a withdrawal request.
