What is a loyalty program?

Cashback is a partial cash refund, the amount of which depends on your gaming activity.

The cashback percentage varies from level 1-7 depending on how actively you place bets.

The higher your level, the bigger your cashback! Players who reach the highest level get exclusive offers, VIP support, and their cashback is calculated based on all their bets, regardless of whether they win or lose.

How does the loyalty program work?
1. There are 8 levels in our loyalty program. All customers start at level 1 (Copper).

2. Each new level increases both the cashback percentage and how often you receive it.

Once you've accumulated a certain number of experience points, you'll move up to the next level.

3. Cashback amount:

Copper level – 5%

Bronze level – 6%

Silver level – 7%

Gold level – 8%

Ruby level – 9%

Sapphire level – 10%

Diamond level – 11%

VIP status – 0.05-0.25%

*At all levels from Copper to Diamond level, cashback is calculated based on the total stake of your losing bets. Once you reach VIP Status, cashback is awarded for all bets placed, and the exact percentage will depend on the type of game. 4. Points are calculated using the following formula:

At Copper level you'll get 100 experience points for every €1 wagered

At Bronze level you'll get 150 experience points for every €1 wagered

At Silver level you'll get 200 experience points for every €1 wagered

At Gold level you'll get 250 experience points for every €1 wagered

At Ruby level you'll get 300 experience points for every €1 wagered

At Sapphire level you'll get 350 experience points for every €1 wagered

At Diamond level you'll get 400 experience points for every €1 wagered

At VIP Status level you'll get 450 experience points for every €1 wagered.

General Terms & Conditions:
1. This offer is only available to registered customers who have logged into their account.

2. All types of bonus are disabled for cryptocurrency accounts, without exception.

3. Any bets placed within the 24 hours prior to a cashback withdrawal request will not be included in the cashback calculation.

4. The cashback amount is calculated immediately, but you can only receive it on the last day of the calculation period if you have fulfilled all the terms.

5. The cashback amount has no wagering requirement and will be credited to the customer's main account.

6. Customers cannot take part in the loyalty program using multiple accounts. All experience points accumulated using multiple accounts will be removed.
