Bet365 Opens New U.S. Headquarters in Denver

Denver, CO – Gov. Jared Polis and the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) announced that global online gambling company bet365 has established its U.S. headquarters in Denver. This move is expected to bring nearly 1,000 new jobs to the city, reinforcing Denver's growing role in the international business landscape.

Bet365, which operates in several markets worldwide, has renovated a 120,000-square-foot office space at One Platte, located at 1701 Platte Street. The company plans to hire more than 300 employees within the first year, focusing on roles such as customer service, trading, software development, marketing, legal, and human resources.

Gov. Polis welcomed the company’s expansion into Colorado, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome bet365 and nearly 1,000 jobs to Colorado and congratulate them on the grand opening of their new U.S. headquarters here.” He emphasized that the jobs created by bet365 will help local workers earn “a good living and support their families.”

OEDIT’s Executive Director Eve Lieberman echoed the sentiment, expressing confidence in the fit between Colorado’s workforce and bet365’s needs. “We are confident that Colorado’s nation-leading quality of life and culture of innovation will make our state a great home for bet365,” she said in a news release.

Bet365’s Denver headquarters represents a significant investment in the region, aiming to boost both local employment and brand presence in the U.S. online gambling market. The company currently employs around 50 people in Denver and operates one additional U.S. office in New Jersey. In addition to its hiring goals, the project has received up to $14.056 million in performance-based job growth incentive tax credits from the Colorado Economic Development Commission. These incentives are contingent on bet365 meeting specific job creation and salary benchmarks over the next eight years.

With the addition of bet365, Denver continues to attract international businesses, solidifying its position as a key player in the global market.
