1a. Players from Finland, Japan and Georgia aren't eligible for any deposit-based bonuses.

1b. The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement. The maximum you will ever be able to withdraw from playing with the funds associated with a no-deposit bonus is 50 EUR/USD (or equivalent in another currency). To submit a withdrawal request, the account must be fully verified and a minimum deposit must be made.

1c. The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a cashback bonus, a comp points bonus, a tournament bonus, any deposit bonus, VIP bonus, a weekly bonus, except for welcome bonus will be 10,000 EUR/USD (or equivalent in another currency).
Please note that any amount in excess will be forfeited prior to requesting a withdrawal.
The time-frame set for reviewing each specific case is 14 working days.

1d. Only one bonus is awarded per person (e-mail/browser/device/IP address), unless stated otherwise.

1e. The maximum bet with an active bonus is 5 EUR/USD (or equivalent in another currency). (Unless stated otherwise in special terms for the bonus). 1i. When using an activated bonus, the real money from the player's account is wagered first and only then the bonus money.

1j. You can claim only one bonus at a time. Deposit-related bonuses are not stacked.
