2.4. All cashback amounts due are calculated by the formula: net losses on the
participating games from any deposits during the promo period x 25% (net losses

3. Any cashback amount due must be requested in Live Chat or by email by the
player on the Monday following this promotion's period, after 06:00 UTC, and
before 23:59 UTC. In case the customer does not request the cashback amount, any entitlement ofthe cashback is considered as void.
4. Cashback is credited on the real balance ofthe customer account. All credited
