1 . This promotion is available to all registered users at Betinia who are eligible to receive promotions.

2 . The promotion's period is from Sunday 00:00 to Saturday 23:59 UTC every week. No additional opt in is required.

2.1 . This promotion is only valid for games played in the Live Casino section. Funds spent in other verticals (Casino, Sports, Virtual Sports) are not taken into account for this promotion.

2.2 . Minimum eligible cashback amount to be credited is 5 EUR / 10 NZD.

2.3 . Maximum cashback amount is 200 EUR / 400 NZD.

2.4 . All cashback amounts due are calculated by the formula: net losses on the participating games from any deposits during the promo period x 25% (net losses from bonus money are not included in the calculation).

3 . Any cashback amount due must be requested in Live Chat or by email by the player on the Monday following this promotion's period, after 06:00 UTC, and before 23:59 UTC. In case the customer does not request the cashback amount, any entitlement of the cashback is considered as void.

4 . Cashback is credited on the real balance of the customer account. All credited cashback amounts are subject to a x1 wagering requirement before a withdrawal is allowed.

5 . This promotion at Betinia is not limited in time. Still, Betinia reserves the right to modify and terminate the promotion at its discretion and without giving any prior notice.
