10.1 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

10.1.1 Only one bonus is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. Artcasino Reserves the right to close any account that is considered a duplicate account and confiscate the assets of the relevant account. If no other information is given, the minimum qualifying deposit for claiming a bonus is: 20 EUR, 20 USD, 20CHF, 20 CAD, 20 AUD, 200 NOK, 100 PLN or 100 BRL. The maximum amount of the bonus varies depending on the campaign.

10.1.2 Bonuses that are received with a no-deposit requirement (free spins, cashback, cash reward, money reward or any other form of received bonus or cashback) have a maximum withdrawal limit of 50 EUR or equivalent in other currency. In case bonus received is more than 50 EUR, maximum withdrawal in that case is 5 times received amount. Bonuses that comes with a deposit requirement (10.2., 10.3) have limits on withdrawal of 20 times deposit amount. Any balance above maximum withdrawal amount is forfeited manually once player reach maximum withdrawal amount or when player requests withdrawal.

10.1.3 When you play with a bonus, funds are first taken from the real money balance, and after that from the bonus money balance. We reserve the right to apply a rollover of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount at our sole discretion as per AML policy for any bonus.

10.1.4 We reserve the right to exclude any entry from the promotion and/or alter the promotion (including cancellation) if we believe that the promotion is being abused.

10.1.5 All games have a maximum betting limit of 3 EUR (or equivalent in other currencies) per game round/spin during bonus is active on the player's account. Moreover, it is strictly forbidden to use any slot special features, including “gamble feature”, “buy bonus feature, “buy free spins future” and “bonus hunt” (collecting bonuses with intention to later open it) during bonus active period (“active bonus”) on the player's account. With any active Bonus following games are strictly forbidden to play; Jackpot games, Table Games, Video Poker, Virtual Games (Sports and Races), Live Casino or placing bets on any Sportsbook event. Violation of this rule will forfeit the bonus and any winnings resulting from the bonus or other games that were completed during the active bonus period.

10.1.6 Deposit Bonuses (any bonus that comes with deposit requirement) is “no sticky” and bonus is withdrawable. Wagering requirements has to be met in order to request withdrawal. Bonus rules apply until required wager is done or minimum rollover of 5 times deposit is achieved. Players are not allowed to collect and/or combine bonuses.

10.1.7 If the bonus terms and conditions above have been translated into various languages and these reflect the same principles, but in the event of any differences between the language versions, the English version shall prevail.

10.2 First Deposit Bonus

10.2.1 You are eligible for one first deposit bonus which shall mean no more than one of each bonuses per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).

10.2.2 First Deposit Bonus is valid for all new qualifying customers of Artcasino for first deposit with bonus code ART1. Bonus code must be claimed before making deposit. Bonus comes with wagering requirement of 35x (thirtyfive times) deposit + bonus received.

10.3. Any Deposit Bonus (Bonuses that come with deposit requirement)

10.3.1 In order to get Extra Free Spins Bonus players needs to claim bonus code ART20 before making deposit of minimum 20€ to get 20 Extra Free spins. 60 free spins are acredited with bonus code ART50 for deposits between 50 and 99 EUR. 150 free spins with bonus code ART100 are accredited for deposits of 100 EUR or more. Free spins are issued in connection to a deposit bonus. Bonus is claimable once (only one bonuscode can be claimed) each Friday (from 0:00 CET to 23.59 CET). 10.3.2 To ensure proper use of any Deposit Bonus, we consider claiming deposit bonuses without any other clean deposit (i.e. deposit which is not matched with any bonus) during the last 7 days prior to claiming bonus as bonus abuse.

10.3.3 Player can claim deposit bonus for deposit amount of same or lower value of his total clean/raw deposits in last 7 days before claiming deposit bonus to be eligible for winnings generated with help of bonus. In case of bonus abuse mentioned above, winnings generated with help of bonus will be forfeited and deposit returned.
