1. These General Bonus Terms apply to all of our Promotions and Bonuses we offer you. Any individual promotion has specific terms which accompany those general ones.
Unless explicitly mentioned, if there is discrepancy or conflict between these General Bonus Terms and any specific promotional terms, then the specific promotional terms shall prevail. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these General Bonus Terms.

2. Only one bonus offer is allowed per person, family, address, email, IP address, phone number, current account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill and etc.), one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

3. You need to wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before it and any winnings from it can be withdrawn:

3.1. if not specified otherwise, the bonuses have wagering requirements of 50x the initial bonus amount

3.2. if not specified otherwise, the winnings from Free Spins have wagering requirements of 40x the winnings amount

4. Players can only have one active bonus, at any one time. Our deposit bonuses are not cumulative.

5. You cannot activate previously unused bonuses after a withdrawal request.

6. The bonus is valid for 10 days after activation, unless otherwise specified. If the wagering requirements are not met in that time, the bonus balance (including the winnings from the initial bonus) will be removed from your balance.

7. There is a maximum amount which can be released from each Bonus into the Real balance. It means that any amount above that maximum will be removed. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amounts are as follows:

7.1. non-deposit bonus (including Free Spins winnings): €25

7.2. deposit bonus: 10x the bonus amount

7.3. Free Spins winnings: €100

8. When you have an active Bonus you will start placing bets from your Real Balance first. Bonus Funds are only used once your Cash Balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake.

9. Any bonus can be canceled before the wagering requirements are met. In that case the whole bonus amount (including the winnings from the bonus) will be removed.

10. You can request withdrawal before meeting the wagering bonus requirements. In this case the whole Bonus Balance will be removed and you will be able to withdraw only the amount your Real Balance.

11. The maximum bet allowed while having an active Casino Bonus is €5

12. Please note the Casino Games contribute towards the bonus release as follows:

12.1. The different Casino game types (except the games listed in 12.2 and 12.3) contribute:
– Slots and Keno: 100%
– Table and Card Games: 0%
– Video Poker: 0%
– Craps: 0%
– Live Casino and Jackpot games are restricted for play while having an active Casino Bonus

13. Our Promotions and Bonuses are designed for entertainment purposes only. If the Bonus or deposited amount are not used for casual betting and playing, we will consider such actions as violation of the Terms and might withhold any winnings resulted from the Bonus and/or exclude the player from further promotions.

14. Any attempt of promotional abuse is strictly forbidden and will be treated as breach of Terms. If you are involved in such abuse we might void all promotions you participated in, void and confiscate all the winnings derived from them, and exclude you from all future promotions. Examples of such abusive behaviours but not limited only to those are:

14.1. storing value in games while playing with bonus funds, which value to be claimed later when there is no active bonus

14.2. if a Player attempts to wager their Casino bonus whilst their Real Money is locked in pending Sportsbook Bets

15. We reserve the right to exclude a Player from receiving any Bonus or Promotion at any time and based on our absolute discretion.

16. You can collect coins by playing with your Real Balance only: each €100 wagered any games generate 1 coin.

17. In case of discrepancy between the English version of the bonus terms and conditions and any translation of them, the version which is most beneficial to the player shall prevail.

18. The casino reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.

19. In the Shop you can exchange Coins for Bonuses or Free Spins on which are applied the following conditions:

19.1. Bonuses

19.1.1 The Bonus has wagering requirements of 50x the initial bonus amount.

19.1.2 The Bonus can be used within 10 days after being bought. It can be used only at the Casino games and not in Sports or Live Casino.

19.1.3 The maximum amount which can be released from the Bonus in the real balance will be equal to 5x the initial Bonus amount

19.2 Free Spins

19.2.1 The Free Spins need to be used within 10 days after being bought.

19.2.2 The winnings from the Free Spins need to be wagered 40x before you can withdraw them.

19.2.3 The Maximum amount which can be released from the Free Spins winnings is €100.
