General Bonus Terms and Conditions

10.1.1 Only one bonus is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. Thorcasino Reserves the right to close any account that is considered a duplicate account and confiscate the assets of the relevant account.

10.1.2 If no other information is given, the minimum qualifying deposit for claiming a bonus is: 20 EUR, 20 USD, 20CHF, 20 CAD, 20 AUD, 200 NOK, 100 PLN or 100 BRL. The maximum amount of the bonus varies depending on the campaign.

10.1.3 Bonuses that are received with a no-deposit requirement (free spins, cashback, cash reward, money reward or any other form of received bonus or cashback) have a maximum withdrawal limit of 50 EUR, or equivalent in other currency. In case bonus received is more than 50 EUR, maximum withdrawal in that case is 5 times received amount. Bonuses that comes with a deposit requirement (clause 10.2,10.3) have limits on withdrawal of 5 times deposit amount. Any balance above maximum withdrawal amount is forfeited manually once player reach maximum withdrawal amount or when player requests withdrawal.

10.1.4 When you play with a bonus, funds are first taken from the real money balance, and after that from the bonus money balance. We reserve the right to apply a rollover of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount at our sole discretion as per AML policy for any bonus.

10.1.5 We reserve the right to exclude any entry from the promotion and/or alter the promotion (including cancellation) if we believe that the promotion is being abused.

10.1.6 All games have a maximum betting limit of 4 EUR (or equivalent in other currencies) per game round/spin during bonus is active on the player's account. Moreover, it is strictly forbidden to use any slot special features, including “gamble feature”, “buy bonus feature, “buy free spins future” and “bonus hunt” (collecting bonuses with intention to later open it) during bonus active period (“active bonus”) on the player's account. 10.1.7 Players are not allowed to collect and/or combine bonuses. Any Bonus (bonus that comes with deposit requirement) is “sticky” and is considered as active until withdrawal request has been processed or when winnings generated with the help of bonus are part of players balance or when players balance reach zero out threshold which is set to 1 EUR or equivalent in other currency.

10.1.9 If the bonus terms and conditions above have been translated into various languages and these reflect the same principles, but in the event of any differences between the language versions, the English version shall prevail.

10.2 Welcome Offer

10.2.2 Welcome offer is valid for all new qualifying customers of Thorcasino for their first five consecutive deposits only as specified below in following order; first deposit with bonus code THOR1, second deposit with bonus code THOR2, third deposit with bonus code THOR3, fourth deposit with bonus code THOR4 and fifth deposit with bonus code THOR5. Should a player violate this rule, he or she will forfeit the bonus as well as any winnings which have resulted from the payout of the bonus or other games which were completed during the violation period. All bonus codes must be used before the confirmation of deposit.

10.2.3. In order to get the first deposit bonus, player needs to use the bonus code: THOR1 before making deposit. To get the second deposit bonus, player needs to use the bonus code: THOR2, THOR3 for third deposit bonus, THOR4 for fourth deposit bonus and THOR5 for fifth deposit bonus.

10.2.4 Maximum deposit amount to claim any deposit bonus from welcome offer is two times amount of previous deposit matched to deposit bonus. For example if you have claimed second deposit bonus with 50€ your maximum deposit for third deposit or fourth or fifth deposit bonus from welcome offer is 100€. Should a player violate this rule, he or she will forfeit the bonus as well as any winnings which have resulted from the payout of the bonus or other games which were completed during the violation period.

10.2.5 Each bonus in Welcome Offer is “sticky” and will be forfeited once you make a withdrawal request.
