Fire Fiesta Tournament Terms and Conditions
The Quickfire (Fire Fiesta 2024) Network Tournament Promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by
Quickfire Limited and its authorised intervening licensees (collectively “Quickfire”) and is open to all
Quickfire operators (“Network Operators”) to offer to their players who can lawfully place real-money
wagers on the Network Operators’ websites and are aged 18 years or over (or aged 24 years or over if playing in the Netherlands) (“Players”).
GMT time zone applies to all times stated in these terms and conditions for the Promotion (the “Terms
and Conditions”).
Dates:
– Promotion duration is twenty-eight (28) days, divided into four (4) four tournaments.
– Week one (1) (seven (7) Days):
Tournament starts on the 27th of May 2024 at 08:01AM and ends on the 2nd of June 2024 at 9:59PM
– Week two (2) (seven (7) Days):
Tournament starts on the 3rd of June 2024 at 08:01AM and ends on the 9th of June 2024 at 9:59PM
– Week three (3) (seven (7) Days):
Tournament starts on the 10th of June 2024 at 08:01AM and ends on the 16th of June 2024 at 9:59PM
– Week four (4) (seven (7) Days):
Tournament starts on the 17th of June 2024 at 08:01AM and ends on the 23rd of June 2024 at 9:59PM

How does a Network Operator Qualify for the Promotion?
Should a Network Operator wish to opt-in for the Promotion and make the Promotion available to its Players, the Network Operator agrees to:
– Be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
– Placement of a promotional banner for the Promotion on the Network Operator’s main casino website or promotions tab (as the case may be) on both Desktop and Mobile for the period between 12:00PM on the 24 th of May 2024 and 12:00PM on the 24th of June 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
– Network Operator must ensure that a minimum of two (2) Eligible Promotion Games are positioned prominently for the entire duration of the Promotion Period, on both Desktop and Mobile.
– Network Operator must ensure that a minimum three (3) dedicated communications are sent to the Players during the Promotion Period and CC’s [email protected].
– Network operators may use the promotional title sash provided by Quickfire (optional) to be placed on any Eligible Promotion Games on the Network Operators’ site(s).
– Components of the dedicated Promotion promo pack provided by Quickfire must be used on the Network Operators’ site(s), in newsletters and in other media including social media.
– Network Operator must opt-in via their Partnership Manager at least fourteen (14) business days before the Promotion begins i.e., by the 7th of May 2024 latest.
The Promotion
– The Promotion is operated by Quickfire. As such, the prize pool is shared across the network of operators who opt in for the network promotion.
– The Promotion includes twenty-eight (28) days, divided into four (4) tournaments (each a “Tournament”), split between prizes awarded to Players who place on the leader board
(“Leader Board Prizes”) and random cash drop prizes (a “Prize Drop Prize”) which will run throughout the Promotion.
– The total expected prize pool for the entire Promotion is five hundred thousand Euros (€500,000).
– The Promotion prizes may be won by Players in the form of a fixed cash amount. Number of prizes and splits
– The total prize pool is five-hundred thousand Euros (€500,000), offering 24,180 cash prizes during the Promotion.
– Each week of the Promotion will be divided into a prize pool of one-hundred twenty-five thousand Euros (€125,000), split into five hundred (500) cash Leader Board Prizes valued at thirty-seven thousand five hundred Euros (€37,500), and five thousand five hundred forty-five (5,545) cash Prize Drops Prizes, worth eighty-seven thousand five hundred Euros (€87,500).
Offering a total of six thousand forty-five (6,045) cash prizes per week of the Promotion.

Promotion mechanics – general

– A Player needs to bet a real money bet of any amount in the available currency on any Eligible Promotion Game (“Qualifying Bet”), which will contribute to the Player’s score on the leaderboard. For the avoidance of doubt, a bet placed with bonus money or in-game promotional free spin will be classed as a Qualifying Bet.
– Once a Player has placed a Qualifying Bet, they can play the Eligible Promotion Game (“Qualifying Spin”) and be eligible to win a cash prize through each of the Tournaments and/or Prize Drop Prizes.

Promotion mechanics – Tournaments
– A Player will be awarded points for achieving the Win Criteria defined as: the biggest win percentage from a single Qualifying Spin. The points multiplier is set to 1,000 for the Promotion.
– For example, a Player places a €1 bet and wins €50 with one Qualifying Spin, the calculation of points is: €50 (winnings) divided by €1 (bet) multiplied by 1,000 (points multiplier) equals 50,000 points awarded to the Player.
– The higher the total value of the points received by a Player with one Qualifying Spin, the higher the Player’s score.
– Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their position in the leader board, when the weekly Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on a Player’s total score at the end of the weekly Tournament.
The leader board is ranked in accordance with a Player’s score. The score is based on the highest points reached each time they achieve the Win Criteria during the weekly Tournament, replacing the previous score with the new score (if higher).
– If two (2) or more Players finish the weekly Tournament at the same position on the leader board, the Player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.
– The winning Players on the leader board will receive an in-game win notification as soon as the weekly Tournament ends (assuming the Player is playing a Quickfire game at the time the weekly Tournament ends). The Player must click ‘claim’ to claim their Leader Board Prize and credit their balance.
– If a winning Player is not playing a Quickfire game at the time the weekly Tournament ends, they will receive an in-game win notification as soon as they next launch a Quickfire game.
– Players will have seven (7) days from the end of the weekly Tournament to claim their Leaderboard Prize (the “Expiration Period”). If a Player does not claim their Tournament Prize within the Expiration Period, they forfeit the Tournament Prize. Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount.
– The collection of points related to the Tournaments are separate to the Prize Drop Prizes, and therefore do not trigger a Prize Drop Prize.

Promotion mechanics – Prize Drop Prizes
– Prize Drop prizes will be awarded at random throughout the Promotion, after a Player has made a Qualifying Spin.
– One (1) Qualifying Spin may trigger one (1) Prize Drop Prize.
– Each Prize Drop Prize is a fixed cash amount.
– The winning Players of a Prize Drop Prize will receive an in-game win notification (assuming the Player is playing a Quickfire game at the time the Prize Drop Prize is awarded). The Player must click ‘claim’ to claim their Prize Drop Prize and credit their balance.
– If a winning Player is not playing a Quickfire game at the time the Prize Drop Prize is awarded, they will receive an in-game win notification as soon as they next launch a Quickfire game, provided they launch a Quickfire game within seven (7) days from the point of the time the Prize Drop Prize is awarded.
– Winners of a Prize Drop Prize must claim the prize during the relevant Expiration Period. If a Player does not claim their Prize Drop Prize within the Expiration Period, they forfeit the Prize Drop Prize.

How Players may participate in the Promotion
– A Player must select Opt-In to participate in the Network Tournament.
– Players can confirm that they wish to take part in any of the stages of the Promotion by clicking “Opt-in” in the pop-up window or within the 777 icon.
– A Player must place a Qualifying Bet on any of the Eligible Promotion Game(s).
– A Player will receive points based on the Win Criteria.
– Players may not create more than one account on a Network Operator's website for the purpose of entering the Promotion from more than one account during the Entry Period. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Quickfire reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player.
– Should any of a Player’s Entries during the Entry Period be made using any bonus funds, or part thereof, from such Player’s account held with the Network Operator, there shall be no restrictions or limitations placed on a Player’s chance to win any of the Prizes or on the awarding of any Prize to the Player should that Player’s Entry result in the Player winning a Prize.

General rules
– Opt-in is required for Network Operators and for Players.
– The Promotion material or name and/or any other Quickfire marketing material supplied in relation to the Promotion shall not be changed, altered, or modified in any way unless expressly authorised in writing by Quickfire.
– It is the responsibility of the Network Operator to ensure that the Promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Promotion is offered.
– It is the responsibility of the Network Operator to ensure that Quickfire’s products and services comply with the applicable laws of the countries in which the Eligible Promotion Game is offered to Players.
– Supported languages: Armenian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
– The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.
– When cash prizes are automatically awarded to Players, the relevant prize is added to the Player’s balance in the respective account currency.
– If the Operator supports automatic payouts, the relevant cash prizes will be automatically awarded to the Players balance following their next spin in any Quickfire game. If the Operator supports manual payouts, the Operator needs to manually payout the relevant players from the list found on the Back Office.
– Quickfire and the Network Operator shall comply with their obligations under any applicable data protection legislation, including but not limited to, the Data Protection Act 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data to which a party is subject, including (where applicable) the guidance and codes of practice issued by the relevant regulatory body (“Data Protection Legislation”). There will
be no re-allocations made for the Prizes. If awarding a Prize is not possible, Quickfire reserves the right to close the Prizes of the promotion.
– Prizes and wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Quickfire.
– Any Players located in Russia and Belarus shall be excluded from participating in the Promotion.
– If the Terms and Conditions have been translated into different languages, they reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
– Quickfire reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect Players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
– The decision of Quickfire regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
– Quickfire reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
– It is the Players’ responsibility to ensure that it is legal for them to take part in the Promotion in whichever jurisdiction they are placing real money wagers on the Network Operators’ websites.
– These Terms and Conditions are between Quickfire and the Network Operators only. There must be no reference to ‘Quickfire’ in the Network Operator’s own campaign and terms and conditions relating to the Promotion in any manner whatsoever, without Quickfire’s prior written approval.
– This Promotion is made available to all Network Operators and by opting-in to this Promotion the Network Operators understand and accept these Terms and Conditions, and Quickfire accepts no liability of any kind howsoever caused arising from any activities of a Network Operator in connection with this Promotion.
– The availability of this Promotion should not be construed as an offer or invitation to use the Promotion in any country or jurisdiction where such use if not permitted.
– It is the Network Operators’ responsibility at all times to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and licensing conditions, where this Promotion is made available to Players and consumers.
– Quickfire accepts no liability of any kind howsoever caused arising from any activities of a Network Operator or any Player in connection with this Promotion. Quickfire is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any Player entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize. Network Operators agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Quickfire from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize offered, or participation in this Promotion by Network Operators, Players and consumers.
