TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play. As such, the prize pool is shared across the network of Operators who opt in this Network Promotion. This promotion is shared across multiple brands.

2. The Drops & Wins Network will run in the selected participating games throughout 8 th February 2023 to 3rd May 2023 weekly and will include (in total for the whole promotional period):

3. A total of 84 prize drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop”), which will run on daily on selected Roulette tables and Game Shows.

4. A total of 12 weekly blackjack tournaments (each a “Weekly Blackjack Tournament”), which will run weekly only on selected Blackjack tables.

5. A total of 84 daily Spaceman tournament (each a “Daily Spaceman Tournament”) which will run daily on Spaceman.

6. The Network Promotion Term is divided into 3 stages, each stage comprising of 4 weeks (every 4 weeks shall be referred to as a “Stage”), whereby each week within a Stage shall be a qualifying week.

7. To participate in any Daily Prize Drops, Weekly Blackjack Tournament and/or Daily Spaceman Tournament in the Network Promotion, players must open any of the participating games and join/opt in.

8. The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is one million Euros EUR 1,500,000. The monthly expected prize pool for Daily Prize Drops is EUR 224,000. The monthly expected prize pool for Weekly Blackjack Tournament is EUR 136,000. The monthly expected prize pool for Daily Spaceman Tournament is EUR 140,000. For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Prize Drop or Tournament shall be carried forward into subsequent Drops & Wins Stages or into the next network promotions.

9. The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the respective prize tables further below. All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term must be paid out as a fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements

10. Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotion Term includes prize drops or tournament dedicated to a specific Live Casino Game or game category:Daily Prize Drops; Weekly Blackjack Tournament; and Daily Spaceman Tournament

11. For players to be eligible to participate in any Promotion, a real money minimum bet is required: Daily Prize Drop EUR 1, Weekly Blackjack Tournament EUR 25, Daily Spaceman Tournament EUR 2

12. Only the first 1,000 Qualifying Bets per day within each of the Daily Prize Drop will be counted towards as eligible for each Promotion. Only the first 500 Qualifying Bets per day within each of Weekly Blackjack Tournament will be counted towards as eligible for each Promotion. Only the first 500 Qualifying Bets per day within each of Daily Spaceman Tournament will be counted towards as eligible for each Promotion.

13. The Promotion rules and prize tables are built in the participating games/tables. The prize table updates in real time showing, the current standings as well as the number of prizes left. A player may win multiple Prize Drops during each Daily Prize Drop.

14. Daily Prize Drops mechanics: There are seven Daily Prize Drops in each week within the Drops & Wins Network Promotion. One Qualifying Spin may trigger one Prize Drop from the winnings pool during the Daily Prize Drops. The random Daily Prize Drops rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The Prize Drops prize table updates in real time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left. Each Daily Prize Drop will end daily at 18:59 CEST/CET; or when there are no more prizes left.

Weekly Blackjack Tournament mechanics: In order for players to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Blackjack Tournament, a real money minimum bet of EUR 25 on any of the participating games is required. Each Weekly Blackjack Tournament within the Drops & Wins Network Promotion comprises of two separate in-game events:

In-game Wins, A win is considered a qualifying win, if a player places Qualifying Bets and the total win divided by the total bet is greater than 1 (for example: a player places EUR 25 bet on any of the participating games and wins EUR 50, which equal to two (2) (50/25=2). This win is greater than 1 and therefore considered to be a qualifying win). For each qualyfing win the player will collect 10 points

17. Consecutive rounds without any wins: Consecutive rounds without any wins are considered in the score calculation if the total win divided by the total bet for each Qualifying Bet is less than 1 (for example: Player places a EUR 25 bet and will not win anything in the round, which equals to 0 (0/25=0). This round is less than 1 so it’s considered as a round without any win). For 1 round without any win the player collect 0 point, For 2+ rounds without any win the player collect 1 point.

Daily Spaceman Tournament mechanics: In order for players to be eligible to participate in the Daily Spaceman Tournament Tournaments, a real money minimum bet of minimum EUR 2 on Spaceman game is required. The leaderboard in Daily Spaceman tournament is ranked in accordance with the score, which is based on the total amount of points received based on in-game wins multiplier. A player will be awarded points if he/she places Qualifying Bets, and the win multiplier is equal or greater to the win multiplier values in the table below (for example: a player places EUR 2 bet on any of the participating games and wins EUR 250, in this example the win multiplier of the qualifying bet is 100 (250/2=125) and the player will receive 100 points).
