On 5 March, I deposited $US20….$AUD 21.73 to play the RT BET GAME. It asked for mtmy deposit before even asking for my sign up details which is unethical and dodgy in itself. I can't remember my username but used both my email and mobile number to receive the code. IT REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE CODE SO WASN'T ABLE TO PLAY THE GAME!! I'm on a Disability pension so $21.73 is a lot to me. Please refund the $21.73 deposit back to my payment method asap. I have a copy of my bank statement but there's nowhere on this complaint form I can attach it to!!! Please when responding, give me an attachment link
