Playnetic, which maintains three internal studios, has structured its operations around maintaining control over its production timelines, localization methods, and platform compatibility. This internal approach enables the company to consistently produce a steady pipeline of content that can be adapted for multiple regions, with games available in various return-to-player configurations to meet local jurisdictional standards. The studio's roadmap includes upcoming releases that have already been translated and tested in advance of rollout, reflecting a process-driven development strategy that prioritizes consistency across different markets.

From Relax's perspective, the Powered By Relax framework has functioned as an onboarding mechanism for smaller or mid-tier studios that are already producing content with commercial potential but require support in scaling their reach. For Playnetic, the partnership represents a step toward broader visibility. Commenting on the agreement, Julian Borg-Barthet, Chief Commercial Officer at the company, framed the deal as an opportunity to enhance content access for operators and players across different regions. The integration with Relax opens the door to working with a more diverse set of partners while maintaining Playnetic's current focus on internal development and quality control.

One notable aspect of the agreement is its timing.
