A player at OlympusBet Casino has reported an issue regarding a €3,374 cryptocurrency (LTC) withdrawal. The withdrawal request was made on 23/11 and marked as processed by the casino on 26/11. However, the player did not receive the funds in their wallet and was not provided with a transaction confirmation. Upon contacting customer support, they were advised to wait for further processing, but no resolution was offered.

I asked a withdraw on 23/11 with cryptocurrency (LTC) and It appears processed by them on 26/11.
I did not receive any email about the cash-out. I don't see that money in my wallet. I asked the support but they can't help me, and continue to say “wait some days the bank process it” ..
I just want the proof or your payment, so where did you send that money (3374 eur), wallet number and transaction id. It is so simple.
After some days I received an email with the wallet number where that money were sent. Obviously that wallet Is not mine. It's a wallet generated by them for a player deposit. Just checking the transactions you can see It is “strange”. The only transaction is their payment which was immediately sent to a bigger wallet.
I asked them to check It again, but they didn't. They just ignore me.
