Welcome bonuses are available for newly registered players only.

Only 1 (one) welcome bonus is available per account.

The welcome bonus is valid on your first 4 deposits only, starting from the first funding transaction.

You'll get any reward in the currency you chose when making your deposit: EUR (€), USD ($), NOK (kr), CAD (C$), NZD (NZ$), BTC, ETH, TRX.

The first deposit bonus offer is available within 7 (seven) days after registration. The bonus is automatically credited to a customer's account after a deposit has been made.

Bonus money is funds added to your account to have a higher balance when you start playing. You can not withdraw bonus funds until you have met the wagering requirements. To meet them, you should bet on casino games a certain number of times. The wagering requirement for the first deposit bonus is x40 times the bonus amount given. For example, if you get a $10 bonus, you will need to wager $400 in real money to unlock your bonus funds for withdrawal ($10 x 40= $400).

According to casino software provider rules, bonus rounds and FreeSpins do not qualify for the jackpot bonuses. Only real money rounds qualify for the jackpot bonuses.

Welcome Bonus on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th deposits:
When you make your 2nd deposit, you will receive 50% bonus money up to €300 / $300 / C$200 / NZ$200 / 3 000kr / 0.2 BTC/ 0.30 ETH/ 15 000 TRX.

When you make your 3rd deposit, you will receive 75% bonus money up to €300 / $300 / C$200 / NZ$200 / 3 000kr / 0.2 BTC/ 0.30 ETH/ 15 000 TRX.

When you make your 4th deposit, you will receive 125% bonus money up to €300 / $300 / C$100 / NZ$100/ 3 000kr / 0.4 BTC/ 0.6 ETH/ 30 000 TRX.

The subsequent deposit bonus will be available for 30 days after the last deposit.

To claim the deposit welcome bonus or any deposit bonus (excluding FreeSpins), the user must make a minimum deposit of €15 / $15 / C$20 / NZ$20 / 40kr / 0.00093 BTC/ 0.01 ETH/ 616 TRX.

Once the first step of the welcome package is activated, the player can then switch currency. For example, if you deposit €15 / $15 and claim the first step of the welcome package, you can then claim the second step by depositing in bitcoins.

All bonuses need to be wagered 40 (forty) times before the funds can be withdrawn (unless otherwise specified).

The following games do not contribute towards the completion of the wagering requirement of a bonus:

Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount before meeting the wagering requirements. However, the bonus amount and winnings will be forfeited as a result. Please note that real money is used first when playing with a bonus.

All bonuses that are a part of the Welcome Package are valid for 7 days. All the other rewards will expire after 24 hours from being issued (unless otherwise stated).

Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited upon the bonus expiry.

Until the wagering requirements have been met, the maximum bet allowed to be placed is €5 / $5 / C$5 / NZ$5 / 0.001 BTC/ 0.02 ETH/ 617 TRX.

Only one bonus can be claimed at a time. Deposit-related bonuses cannot be “stacked”. BlueChip.io management reserves the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior.

Any “FreeSpins” or “Bonus” winnings resulting from bonus funds after the bonus has been wagered, lost, or forfeited shall be removed.

UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) states all times and dates regarding the bonuses and promotions.

Your deposit is locked when you accept the bonus. You have two options: complete the wagering requirement or cancel the reward. If you choose to cancel it, you will lose all winnings attributed to it. Wagering with both bonus money and deposited cash will count towards the wagering requirement.

In case of any dispute, the decision of BlueChip will be final.

Kindly note that the bonus will be forfeited if your balance drops below $0.05 or currency equivalent. Furthermore, Bonus Hunting by reaching bonus rounds, exiting the game to go back later and play the feature is not permitted either. Doing this could result in confiscation of winnings related to it.

Deposit bonuses will be added instantly. If you're eligible for a deposit offer and do not receive it, you need to contact customer support before you start playing. Otherwise, you won’t be able to receive the bonus retroactively.
