GENERAL TERMS

1.1. The Eurofest promotion (hereinafter referred to as promotion) is held on the official website of PIN-UP (hereinafter referred to as organizer).

1.2. Promotion dates: 13.06.2024, 05:00 pm EDT – 15.07.2024, 05:59 am EDT.

1.3. All registered users of PIN-UP who have reached the age of 18 may participate in the promotion.

1.4. The participant can use only one game account per person, family, apartment, computer, or IP address to participate in the promotion and receive prizes.

1.5. The persons who do not meet the requirements of paragraphs 1.3 and 1.4 are not eligible to participate in the promotion and receive prizes.

RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN DRAWS

2.1. To join the promotion, the user must click the “Take part” button, which activates participation once for all stages.

2.2. To participate in the prize draw, the user must place bets on the Euro-2024 and accumulate points. There are 150 winners at each of the 4 stages. Total number of prizes – 600.

2.3. The minimum bet to participate in the draw is $ 1.

2.4. Points are awarded for single bets with minimum odds of 1.4 and for accumulator bets with total odds of at least 1.8. Only live and pre-match bets take part in the promotion.

2.5. Depending on the stage of the promotion, points are awarded according to the following parameters: the sum of bets, the sum of winnings, and the sum of bets + the sum of winning odds.

SCORING MECHANISM

3.1. The formula for awarding points depends upon the stage of the promotion.

Stage 1 (by the sum of bets). For the bets sum of $ 1 on the Euro-2024 games, you will get 1 point.
For example, you have placed two bets totaling $ 16 on the Euro-2024 games. The number of points will be calculated according to the following formula:

$ 16*1/$ 1 = 16 points

Stage 2 (by the sum of winnings). For the winning amount of $ 1 on the Euro-2024 bets, 1 point is awarded.
For example, you have won $ 10 for the Euro-2024 bet. The number of points will be calculated using the following formula:

$ 10*1/$ 1 = 10 points

Stage 3 and Stage 4 combine the two different mechanics. The participant receives points for the total amount of bets + the total amount of winning odds.
For example, you have placed two bets totaling $ 16 on the Euro-2024 games, one of which (with the 1.5 odds) is calculated as a win. The number of points will be calculated using the following formula:

($ 16*1/$ 1) + ((1.5*10)/1) = 31 points

3.2. There is no limit to the number of points a user can receive per bet.

3.3. If a participant’s accumulator contains events from eligible competitions + events that are not eligible for the promotion, the accumulator will not qualify for the promotion.

3.4. Points are awarded only for bets from a Real Balance. Bets made with bonus funds do not take part in the promotion.

3.5. If two or more participants accumulated the same number of points, the participant who got the points first would have a higher ranking on the leaderboard.

3.6. The settlement of points takes place immediately after the result of the bet.

3.7. Bets with an applied Edit Betslip feature or bets with a Refund or Partial refund status do not participate in the promotion and will not generate points for you.

3.8. In case a participant made a bet, for example, during stage 1, and its calculation will be already during stage 3, the points will be counted for stage 3.

3.9. At each new stage, the points gained are reset to zero. For example, a user completes stage 1 with 20 000 points. When moving to stage 2, he starts with 0 points.

PROMOTION’S STAGES

4.1. The promotion is divided into four stages; at the end of each stage, the best users receive prizes.

Stage 1
13.06.24, 05:00 pm EDT – 21.06.24, 07:59 pm EDT.

Stage 2
21.06.24, 08:00 pm EDT – 28.06.24, 07:59 pm EDT.

Stage 3
28.06.24, 08:00 pm EDT – 05.07.24, 07:59 pm EDT.

Stage 4
05.07.24, 08:00 pm EDT – 15.07.24, 05:59 am EDT.

PRIZE AWARDING

5.1. Only one prize can be won at each stage.

5.2. On the last day of each stage, after 05:59 am EDT, the users’ scores are calculated.

5.3. Information on the drawings is displayed in the “Results” table on the promotion page at the end of the stages.

5.4. If you have become a winner, a row with your player ID, number of points, and prize awarded will appear in the “Results” table, it will be highlighted and pinned at the top of it.

5.5. The funds you earned will be automatically credited to your Bonus, Free Bet or Real Balance, depending on the type of prize.

THE PROMOTION’S PRIZE POOL

6.1. There are 150 winners at each of the 4 stages. Thus, there are 600 prizes in total. The prizes are: real money, bonus money and free bets.

6.2. Prize distribution for the 1st–4th phases of the promotion.

Cash prizes for a Real Balance:

1st place – $ 1 200;
2nd place – $ 960;
3rd place – $ 840;
4th place – $ 720;
5th place – $ 480;
6-10th place – $ 240;
Cash prizes for a Bonus Balance:

11-25th place – $ 120 Bonus Sport;
Cash prizes for a Bonus Balance + Free bets:

26th–50th places – $ 60 Bonus Sport + $ 60 Free Bet;
51st–75th places – $ 36 Bonus Sport + $ 36 Free Bet;
Free bets:

76th–100th places – $ 60 Free Bet;
101st–150th places – $ 30 Free Bet.

USE OF BONUSES

7.1. Bonus funds are not considered cash and cannot be withdrawn until they have been wagered according to the rules below.

7.2. The wagering period is 168 hours (7 days) from the moment the bonus is credited. Once this period is over, the bonus account will be cleared automatically, and all winnings on unsettled bets will be terminated with it.

7.3. To transfer (wager) the bonus amount from the bonus to the real account, the client needs to place bets worth 5 times the bonus amount from the Main Balance. Only accumulator bets with 3 or more events are eligible, odds of each event — are no lower than 1.4.

7.4. The bet fulfils the promotion’s terms when it is settled (attains the Won or Lost status in the Bet History section) but not at the moment when it is made on the website.

7.5. Bets settled as Refund, or Partial refund (for example, when betting on Handicap (0) or Total Over 2) do not satisfy the wagering requirements.

7.6. For the accumulator bet to fulfil the terms of the promotion, all events it contains should fulfil the minimum odds and not have the Refund status, and the bet on these events should not have been placed before by this account.

7.7. Bets settled via Cashout or edited via Edit Betslip do not satisfy the wagering requirements under any circumstances.

7.8. The client must also consider that the settlement of bets in the system is carried out exclusively following the internal algorithm for processing bets in the company’s software. If the client has made several bets on the same event, then only the bet that had been settled first will be credited for the wager. At the same time, the settlement’s chronology may not depend on the chronology of accepting these bets in the system or other factors. The company does not accept complaints from users about the procedure for settling bets and wagering.

7.9. The bonus account is available for bets only when there are not enough funds on the real money account to place a bet. Switching between accounts occurs automatically if the account has less than $ 0.5 (or the equivalent amount in another currency).

7.10. Bets from the bonus account are settled according to the general rules for settlement. However, bets from the bonus account can not fulfil the promotion conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.11. At the time of transfer (wagering) of a bonus to the real account, its amount cannot exceed two times the size of the first bonus accrual. If the amount of the bonus account at the time of transfer exceeds two times the amount of the initial bonus accrual, only double the bonus amount will be transferred to the real account, and the remaining funds will be annulled during the transfer.

7.12. The bonus is considered wagered if the client has fulfilled all the conditions for wagering or there are less than the minimum bet on the real and bonus accounts, and there are no unsettled bets in history. The client cannot receive any other bonuses and/or free bets until the bonus transfers to the wagered status.

7.13. Bonus funds credited to the client’s account can only be used for bets on sports or other events presented in the Live and Line sections.

7.14. Please note that when applying for a withdrawal, there should not be any active bonuses on your Bonus balance. Otherwise, when processing the withdrawal application, the company reserves the right to cancel all active bonuses and winnings made from them.

USE OF FREE BETS

8.1. A free bet is a bonus offered to the customer during promotions. It differs from a regular bet by being made with virtual currency. When you place the free bet, you don’t risk your money. If the free bet wins, only the amount won will be credited to your account, not the free bet amount.
Example:
A bet is placed on $ 100 from the Free Bet Balance with odds 1.95. In case this bet is successful, the winnings are calculated according to the formula:
$ 195 – $ 100 (bet amount) = $ 95, where $ 195 = $ 100 * 1.95.
$ 95 is the amount that will be automatically transferred to the participant’s main balance (i.e. “free bet winnings”).
8.2. The free bet must be used (settled) within 168 hours (7 days) of receipt.
8.3. The entire amount of the client’s active free bet must be spent on one bet on any suitable event in the sports betting section.
8.4. The free bet credited to the user’s balance can be spent only for betting on “Sports” or other events presented in the Live and Line sections.
8.5. The free bet can be used only for single or accumulator bets. If the pure winnings on the free bet account exceed 10 times the amount of the initial free bet accrual, only 10 times the free bet amount will be transferred to the real account, and the remaining funds will be annulled during the transfer.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USERS AND THE ORGANIZER

9.1. Users have the right to:

Get acquainted with the rules of the promotion.
Participate in the promotion in the manner specified in the rules.
To request the release of the prize in case of fulfillment of all conditions for its receipt, stipulated by these rules.
To refuse to participate in the promotion at any time. In order to do this, you should address a corresponding request to the support chat on the PIN-UP website or send an email to support@PIN-UP.support from the mailbox that was used when registering a PIN-UP player account.
9.2. Users undertake to:

Take part in the promotion, guided by these rules.
Observe other provisions of these rules.
9.3. Organizer has the right to:

Make changes to these rules without prior notice to the users at any time during the campaign. All changes are made by posting the new edition of the rules directly on the website. Each user is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the current terms and conditions of the promotion.
Unilaterally invalidate users’ applications for participation, prohibit further attendance of the promotion to any person who violates the rules of the campaign, falsifies the results of the promotion or profits from their forgery.
Cancel the prizes of individual users and exclude them from the promotion if malicious strategies, fake or duplicate accounts, a series of bets from a user or group of users resulting in guaranteed profits, and other violations of the game integrity are detected.
Exclude from the promotion the users who have submitted incomplete and/or unreliable information or are not eligible to take part in the promotion in accordance with Section 1 of these rules.
Prevent some users from participating in the promotion without giving reasons.
Carry out the procedure of verification of the owner of the account and suspend the accrual of winnings and prizes to the account during the verification procedure.
End the promotion early without prior notice and award the leading users.
9.4. Organizer undertakes to:

Announce the results in stages according to these rules.
Award prizes to the participants to whom they are due, in accordance with these rules.

OTHER CONDITIONS

10.1. The organizer guarantees complete confidentiality of the data received from the participant of the promotion.

10.2. The user expresses their consent to be interviewed for promotional materials. The rights to the said materials will belong only to the organizer.

10.3. The fact of participation in the promotion means that the user fully agrees with these rules.
