TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Network Promotion includes forty-eight seven day tournaments (each a “Weekly Tournament”) and a total of three hundred and thirty-six daily prize drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop”) which will run weekly throughout the Network Promotion Term. The Network Promotion Term is divided into twelve stages, each stage comprising of four weeks (every four weeks shall be referred to as a “Stage”), whereby each week within a Stage shall be a qualifying week (hereinafter each a “Qualifying Week”).

3. The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is €24,000,000.
4. The expected prize pool for each Stage of the Network Promotion is €2,000,000.
5. The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of a fixed cash amount, multiplier amount and/or Free Round Bonuses (as defined below):
• Players participating during regular weeks may win prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.
• Players participating during multiplier weeks may win prizes in the form of a multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount and Free Round Bonuses.
6. Mechanics:
• Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks):
1. A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
2. A player must place a real money bet with a minimum stake of €0.50 or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency on any of the participating game(s) in the Weekly Tournament.
3. A player will receive points based on in-game Challenges (In-game wins, Consecutive rounds without any wins, and Big Wins).
4. The higher the total value of the points received by the player for the in-game Challenges, the higher the player’s score.
5. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score showed on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Weekly Tournament.
▪ Win criteria: Players will be awarded points based on different Challenges in a game (namely ingame wins, consecutive rounds without any wins, and big wins).
▪ Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of €255,000 in total across 10,000 cash prizes and Free Round Bonuses.
• Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks):
1. A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
2. A player must spin at least one real money spin with a minimum bet of €0.50 or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s).
3. Any qualifying bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one random prize from the prize pool during the promotion period.
▪ Win criteria: Any real money spin in the participating games may trigger a random cash prize.
▪ Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of €245,000 in total, expected daily prize pool of €35,000 across 1,500 cash prizes and Free Round Bonuses.
• Weekly Tournaments (Prize Multiplier Weeks):
1. A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
2. A player must place a real money bet on any of the participating games and must get at least one in-game win to qualify for the Weekly Tournament.
3. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Weekly Tournament.
4. The higher the value of the amount the player wins in one single spin relative to the player’s bet amount, the higher the player’s score would be.

• Daily Prize Drops (Prize Multiplier Weeks):

2. A player must spin at least one real money spin on any of the participating games.
3. Any qualifying bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one random prize from the prize pool during the promotion period.

▪ Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of €245,000 in total, an expected daily prize pool of €35,000 across 1,700 cash prizes and Free Round Bonuses.
7. Free round bonuses (the “Free Round Bonus/es”) may be awarded to a player in the form of 10 Free Round Bonuses for the same participating game in which the player won the prize.
8. Any players located in Italy, Sweden, Lithuania, Denmark and Portugal shall be excluded from participating in the Network Promotion.
9. Casino reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion, Weekly Tournament and/or Daily Prize Drop, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
10. Tournament rewards will be credited to players accounts within 72 hours after the end of the tournament.
11. The money prize is valid for 30 days. If not used, the bonus will expire.
12. If we suspect a player is abusing games to receive addtional winnings, we reserve the right to disqualify the player from the tournament, void any winnings and close the relevant player`s account. Game rounds will be checked before prizes are credited.
