A new agreement between Wazdan and FanDuel is adding another chapter to the development of the regulated online casino sector in North America. The partnership connects Wazdan's slot catalogue with the operator's digital platform in two jurisdictions where online casino gambling is already permitted under licensing frameworks.

The rollout has begun simultaneously in Ontario and Michigan. Both markets operate within regulated environments that allow licensed operators to offer casino games through online platforms. By placing its content on FanDuel's network, Wazdan secures access to audiences in two markets that have become important reference points for digital gambling in the region.

The technical integration behind the launch has been facilitated by the aggregation platform operated by Light & Wonder. The system acts as an intermediary layer between game developers and operators. Instead of building separate integrations for each partner, suppliers connect their titles to the aggregator, which then distributes the games to operator platforms that use the service. This structure has become common across the industry, particularly in markets where multiple developers compete for space in operator libraries.

The first stage of the partnership introduces a different set of titles in each jurisdiction. In Ontario, the initial release includes Mighty Fish: Blue Marlin and 36 Coins. Each title reflects a thematic direction that has appeared frequently in the slot sector, yet the games' internal structure follows the developer's approach to feature design and bonus mechanics.

In Michigan, the rollout begins with two other titles from the studio's catalogue. 12 Bells and Hot Slot: 777 Crown introduces players to game structures that rely on rhythm and sequential feature triggers. While the visual themes differ from the titles released in Ontario, the mechanics follow a similar philosophy that emphasises repeatable gameplay patterns and recognisable slot elements.

For Wazdan, the agreement with FanDuel forms part of a broader plan to increase its presence across regulated markets in North America. The company has gradually expanded its distribution in the United States during the past few years. Its titles have appeared in jurisdictions such as New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, alongside Michigan. Each market operates under its own regulatory structure, but all share the same principle: only licensed operators may offer digital casino games to local audiences.

Ontario offers a similar environment to the Canadian side of the border. The province established a regulated online gambling framework in 2022, creating a system in which private operators may apply for licences and run digital gaming platforms under supervision. Since then, a growing number of suppliers and operators have entered the market, turning the province into one of the most active digital casino jurisdictions in North America.

By joining FanDuel's platform in Ontario and Michigan, Wazdan places its content within a network that already hosts a broad range of casino titles from multiple developers. The agreement allows the operator to add further variety to its catalogue while providing the studio with another distribution channel.

The partnership also introduces several proprietary gameplay mechanics developed by Wazdan. Among them are Cash Infinity, Hold the Jackpot, and Sticky to Infinity. These mechanics modify the behaviour of symbols, bonus triggers, or reward structures throughout a spin sequence.

Although the mechanics differ in technical design, their function is to introduce variations to familiar slot formats. The initial release of Wazdan games on FanDuel Casino represents only the first phase of the collaboration. The operator has indicated that additional titles from the developer will be added over time. She noted that the launch in both Ontario and Michigan introduces the developer's portfolio to audiences across two jurisdictions simultaneously, while also strengthening the company's position in North America.
