I have requested a withdrawal of 440 euros on September 17th. The site states that they process withdrawals within 3 business days, Today is the 7th business day and I have still not received my funds. The status of the withdrawal in their site is still under review. I have contacted them multiple times daily regarding my issue via email and live chat and I don't get a specific response on when I will receive my funds, they only say that there's a general delay and apologise about that.
