On March 24 2024 at 17:09 I placed a $100 bet on numbers 25-36 during Mega Roulette at Jackbit Live Casino. Number 25 won so I should’ve got $300 payout but right after winning I accidentally hit back on my phone and got kicked out of the game. When I checked my Jackbit account the winnings weren’t there even though bet was confirmed and money was taken. At first I didn’t think much of it but when winnings still didn’t show up I tried to get help from live chat. They ignored my requests saying bet didn’t exist. After hours one advisor finally saw the bet and said they’d raise a ticket to investigate but I got no follow-up and my emails were ignored. I also got banned from live chat which made things worse. I need a full investigation into the missing winnings an apology for bad support and compensation for the stress and hassle.
