General Conditions for Listing New Casino Brands

1. Minimum Deals for Listing

In general, we aim to review most of the online casinos on the market regardless of whether we have working deals with them. Listing new online casinos requires setting a deal that meets our minimum requirements, which are fixed and generally non-negotiable. All deals that we negotiate are considered permanent and cannot be arbitrarily changed regardless of results without our consent.

€1,000 Listing Fee required for any listing at any position.
Testimonial link (if such section exists on the casino’s affiliate pages) are required for listing published prior to listing.
CasinoLandia Seal of Approval on the Casino's site (if offered to other brands) is much preferred and sometimes might result in a waiver of the listing fee but in any case it gives preference in listings.
Brands in agreement are required to fill our listing questionnaire with important casino, license, company and payment data to make sure we are a suitable fit. Link will be provided.
Newly listed brands are required to register on our site as Casino Representatives and address possible reasonable complaints that come along on our Complaints section.

2. Deal Conditions

- A good deal does not guarantee a top position. Top positions would usually go to our very top partners with best performance over time. Becoming top partners requires consistent hard work and mutual effort.
- Only No Negative Carryover (NNCO) deals acceptable. NNCO has to be entered by default. We do not work with Negative Carryover Brands.
- Deals set are permanent and regardless of position as we rotate positions every month.
- Reporting must be accurate and fair. Players should be kept with our ID for their entire duration of play (No Shaving). The casino must allow us to see the exact numbers on player deposits with detailed reports on deposits and losses if we ask for it.

We strongly prefer brands with no payment thresholds for those aspiring to become our top partners. For instance, if the commission from the previous month is $5, it will be paid regardless and not carried over to the next month.
Automated payments and auto invoicing are much preferred.
Unexpected payment delay terms such as minimum number of players, minimum amount of revenue, or similar conditions are not accepted. If a casino refuses to pay confirmed earnings by connecting them with unreasonable conditions, it is not acceptable. We prioritize fair and transparent payment processes to ensure that our partners receive their rightful earnings without encountering arbitrary hurdles or delays.

4. The Listing Process

Review preparation usually takes 2-3 workdays (our reviews are very detailed).
Exclusive bonuses are welcome, but they do not automatically guarantee high positions.
Newly listed brands will first appear on the New Casinos sections with highest exposure. Improvement of positions depends on good performance during the first 3-6 months.
Top positions might be booked with flat fees given availability. Flat fee does not guarantee number of players or certain amount of casino earnings.

Patience and Hard Work – Good partnerships take time to grow. We can only build up players in time and increase volumes if we work honestly and constructively with our partners.

7. Things to Avoid – How we Blacklist brands?

Requirement	Consequence
Unprofessional work ethics:	The affiliate managers are required to keep a constructive, friendly, and supportive attitude while working with our team. Unprofessional behavior, such as rudeness, dishonesty, disrespect, or unethical practices, is not tolerated, as it undermines trust and damages the integrity of our partnership.
Rude behavior:	Rude behavior or bullying by affiliate managers is not tolerated at all and usually results in an immediate blacklisting of the brand.
Lowering an existing deal and bullying:	Lowering an existing deal for any reason without our confirmed agreement results in immediate blacklisting of the brand. Additionally, bullying us for better exposure by attempting to lower deals is not taken lightly and usually triggers an instant negative response from us.
Payment delays:	Payment delays for over 3 months for any reason result in blacklisting of the brand.
Stopping of Communication:	Ceasing communication without valid reason or warning may result in reevaluation of the partnership or termination of collaboration.
Refusing payments by demanding further conditions:	Refusing to make payments without legitimate grounds or by imposing additional, unjustified conditions may lead to termination of partnership and potential blacklisting of the brand.
