Promotion Rules

The “Holiday Spins Splash” promotion (the “Promotion”) is active in this game and runs from December 5th 2023 at 15:01 CET to January 9th 2024 at 23:59 CET (the “Promotion Term”).
By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
How to participate in Holiday Spins Splash:

A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
2. A player must spin at least one (1) real money spin with any bet amount/stake on any of the participating games.
Any qualifying bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during the Promotion Term.
A player may win multiple prize drops during the Promotion Term.

General terms and conditions – Holiday Spins Splash:
• Pragmatic Play’s “Holiday Spins Splash” promotion (the “Promotion”) comprises of five (5), seven (7)-day prize drops (each a “Holiday Spins Splash Prize Drop”) which shall run weekly during the Promotion Term.
• The first promotional week of Holiday Spins Splash will start on December 5th at 15:01 CET and will end on December 12th at 23:59 CET.
• The remaining four promotional weeks of the Holiday Spins Splash will start every Wednesday at 00:01 CET and end every Tuesday at 23:59 CET during the Promotional Term.
• In order to participate in a Holiday Spins Splash Prize Drop, a player must open any of the participating games and join/opt-in.
• In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion a player is required to play a real money spin with any bet amount/stake (hereinafter a “Qualifying Spin”).
• A Qualifying Spin shall render a player eligible for all applicable ‘Holiday Spins Splash’ Prize Drops promotions simultaneously.
• There is no additional cost to participate in the Promotion.
• Expected total prize pool for the whole Promotion: one million Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 1,000,000) in Free Round Bonuses (as defined below) where the winnings will be paid as cash.
• Expected weekly prize pool: two hundred thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 200,000) in Free Round Bonuses (as defined below) where winnings will be paid as cash.
• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab in the participating games or in the table above these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes in the weekly Holiday Spins Splash Prize Drops will be awarded to players as Free Round Bonuses as set out in the Holiday Spins Splash Prize Drops Prize Table.
• Free round bonuses (the “Free Round Bonus/es”) may be awarded to a player for the same participating game in which the player won the prize and also for the same bet as the winning bet.
• If the bet amount in the Free Round Bonus winning spin exceeds five (5) Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£) or the equivalent amount in the available currency, the Free Round Bonus will be paid out based on a bet of five (5) Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£) or the equivalent amount in the available currency.
• The Free Round Bonuses won in a Holiday Spins Splash Prize Drop will be awarded to winners on the same day that the Free Round Bonus has been won.
• The Free Round Bonus winnings have no wagering requirements once awarded to the player.
• The Free Round Bonuses will be valid for seven (7) days from the time they have been awarded to the winner.
• The Holiday Spins Splash Prize Drop rules are built into the participating games.
• Holiday Spins Splash Prize Drop prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
• A Holiday Spins Splash Prize Drop will end weekly upon the earlier of: (I) every Tuesday at 23:59 CET; or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.
• All prizes won during the Promotion Term must be paid out as fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.
• A portion of undistributed funds from the Drops & Wins Network promotion will be awarded to players in this Promotion.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Holiday Spins Splash Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
