Each eligible player can claim the bonus from this offer only once with their first-lifetime deposit into BetPlays. Any attempts to claim the bonus more than specified will be considered invalid and will not be honored.
To be eligible for this promotion, players must make a first-lifetime qualifying deposit of €/$20 or more in their BetPlays account during the Promotional Period.
Eligible players who make a qualifying deposit will receive a bonus in the form of a wager bonus.
The value of the bonus will be based on 100% of the amount of the qualifying deposit up to €/$2000.
Players must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with all rules and regulations in order to receive the bonus.

Qualifying bet up to the value of your bonus turnover amount will contribute towards meeting the wagering requirement. The value of any stake placed which exceeds this amount (including multiple bets placed on the same selection) will not contribute to the wagering requirement. For example, if you receive a €/$50 bonus and place a bet for €/$75 on a single sports bet at odds of 1.80, only the first €/$50 of that bet will go towards meeting the wagering requirement.
The casino bonus can be used on BetPlays Casino, Live Casino, TV Games, and Fast Games on both desktop and mobile platforms.
To withdraw casino bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, players must wager the bonus amount thirty-five (35x) times on eligible games with a minimum bet of €/$0.10 and a maximum bet of €/$5 on Slots, €/$5 on Fast Games, €/$100 on Live Casino, €/$100 on TV Games. Once this wagering requirement has been met, any converted winnings will be transferred from the player's Casino Bonus Balance to their Real Balance and become eligible for withdrawal.

The stake contributions of different game categories on BetPlays Casino vary, and not all casino games contribute the same percentage to the wagering requirement.
For the purposes of meeting the wagering requirement of the bonus, Slots contribute 100%. This means that for every €/$1 spent on bets on slots, 100% of the amount will be counted towards the wagering requirement of the bonus.
For the purposes of meeting the wagering requirement of the bonus, Live Casino contributes 10%. This means that for every €/$1 spent on bets on Live Casino, 10% of the amount will be counted towards the wagering requirement of the bonus.

The free spins amount is calculated based on the player's qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of 250 Free Spins.

Any bonus winnings above this limit will be deducted following the completion of the wagering requirements. The deduction will be made before the winnings are transferred to your Real Balance.
Withdrawals requested before the bonus wagering requirements have been met shall result in the cancellation of the promotion and any funds in your Bonus Balance shall be forfeited.
You may withdraw any funds in your Real Balance at any time, except if we are required to withhold such funds to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations or when we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have participated in any fraudulent activities.
If we decide to withdraw this promotion, this will not impact any qualifying bets you have placed during the promotional period with the provided bonus before such withdrawal.
