General Bonus Rules

All the Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements.
In the case of abuse of any part of any promotion, including bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points, the Casino reserves the right to cancel a particular bonus that the Player has earned in an unfair way and block access to the bonus program. The measures denoted above will be also valid in the case of abuse of any strategy to gain guaranteed earnings with or without using the bonus rewards.
It is the Player’s responsibility to inquire about the terms and conditions of bonuses before redeeming them.
The Casino reserves the right to refuse, cancel or abort any bonus at any time without prior notification to the Player.
Free bonuses are only available when there is no pending payout transaction bound to the Player’s account.
Bonus rounds and free spins do not qualify for the jackpot bonuses pursuant to casino software provider rules. Only real money rounds qualify for the jackpot bonuses.
Only one bonus can be claimed and be active at a time per Player.
All deposit and free cash bonuses will expire after 30 (thirty) days unless otherwise stated.
Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus.
In order to claim a bonus, the Player must redeem it before placing any bets with said deposit. If the bonus does not redeem for any reason, it is the Player's responsibility to contact Customer Support for assistance with redeeming said bonus. Once the Player begins wagering the deposit, the Player forfeits the right to any promotion on that deposit.
Unless approved by management, Players cannot redeem additional coupons or promotional offers if they have a balance or pending cash-out. Promotional offers or coupons cannot be combined. If at any time this should occur, winnings will be void.
In the event where a Player uses a promotional offer or coupon that he/she is not entitled to use, any and all winnings generated from that promotion are forfeited and the original deposit is returned to the Player.
If the Player uses a promotional bonus that is restricted to a certain game(s), this may result in the Player’s winnings being voided by the Casino. The rules of the bonus will continue to apply even after the Player fulfills the Playthrough requirements for the bonus.
If a Player has chosen to use a bonus or promotion, it is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that any applicable Playthrough requirements are met before requesting a withdrawal. Failure to meet the Playthrough requirements will result in the withdrawal request being denied.
Please note that once you claim a deposit bonus, your playable balance is counted as bonus money, unless otherwise stated. In this case, your money isn’t divided into a withdrawable balance and bonus balance. This means that you’ll be able to withdraw your winnings only once the Playthrough requirement is fulfilled and your bonus money is converted into cash.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of Player's withdrawal request.

Please note that different games contribute to a different percentage towards the wagering requirements:
