1. GENERAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 Only one bonus is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. Pinsino reserves the right to close any account that is considered a duplicate account and confiscate the assets of the relevant account.

1.2 If no other information is given, the minimum qualifying deposit for claiming a bonus is 20 EUR or equivalent in other currencies.

1.3 Unless otherwise stated in a particular bonus offer, no maximum cashout applies to deposit bonuses once the wagering requirements are completed. Bonuses that don’t require a deposit have a maximum cashout limit of 50 EUR/CAD. For all bonuses that come with a deposit requirement, we reserve the right to apply a wagering requirement of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount at our sole discretion as per AML policy. The maximum amount of the bonus varies depending on the campaign.

1.4 All bonuses issued by Pinsino can only be used for games and cannot be transferred or paid out unless the specified bonus conditions for the bonus campaign are fulfilled.

1.5 We reserve the right to cancel/change/stop promotions at any time without prior notice.

1.6 Unless otherwise stated for a specific bonus, all games have a maximum betting limit of 4 EUR/CAD (or an amount equivalent in other currencies) per game round/spin during the time that a bonus is active on the player's account or until funds from the mentioned bonus are part of players balance. It is strictly forbidden to use the “buy free spins” feature with an active bonus. Violation of this rule will forfeit the bonus and any winnings resulting from the bonus or other games that were completed during the bonus period.

1.7 Pinsino reserves the right to empty the player's gaming account of bonus money if the player has not been logged into their account during the last two months.

1.8 These bonus terms and conditions are translated into various languages and these reflect the same principles, but in the event of any differences between the language versions, the English version shall prevail.

1.9 When you play with a bonus, funds are first taken from the real money balance, and after that from the bonus money balance.

1.10 Players from certain countries are not entitled to receive any bonuses from the regular offer: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Dominican Republic, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macau, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, North Macedonia, Peru, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan. We reserve the right to limit players from other jurisdictions from being eligible for any type of bonus at our sole discretion.

1.11 Bonuses offered by Pinsino are only intended for genuine recreational players. Abuse of the offered bonuses will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to investigate, cancel, suspend or lock an account if abuse of the bonus is suspected. In case of abuse, all bonuses and subsequent gaming activity and wins will be revoked and annulled and the deposit will be returned.

1.12 Abuse of offered bonuses or free spins will not be tolerated. Bonuses and free spins are intended to play with. Players are not allowed to collect and/or combine bonuses. If any abuse is detected all winnings will be forfeited and the bonus will be deactivated. Deposits may be returned to the player´s account.

1.13 The player has the right to cancel a bonus campaign from their account. Any winnings generated by the bonus money will also be cancelled.

1.14 We do not allow any fraudulent gameplay strategies which would enable you an unfair advantage over the bonus system on Pinsino, such as unfinishing in-game bonus features/free spins while having bonus balance with the sole purpose of finishing them at some later point of gaming with your next deposit or real balance (known also as Bonus Hunt Strategy). In case of mentioned fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to void all winnings and confiscate the entire players’ balance. Mentioned strategy can only be used without any bonus funds in question.

1.15 We reserve the right to revoke any free spins obtained from any promotion at our sole discretion if we suspect that players' gameplay is being driven solely to abuse the related promotions.

In case of a breach of this term, the bonus and all winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited.

1.17 Employees of Pinsino, their licensed dealers, agents and affiliates, and employees’ immediate family members, including all people living at the same address as an employee, cannot participate in this campaign.
4. FRIDAY CASHBACK
4.1 The Friday Cashback bonus can be claimed before the confirmation of your deposit by activating it in the “Add Bonus” section of the cashier. The Friday Cashback bonus is automatically added to the player’s account once the deposit is processed, however, it will remain locked during play with the account's real money balance. Once the balance on the account drops below 1 EUR, the player who claimed the Friday Cashback bonus needs to contact the support team to unlock the reserved cashback.

4.2 The Friday Cashback bonus can be claimed an unlimited number of times on Friday (00:00 – 23:59 CET).

4.3 Multiple Friday Cashback bonuses cannot be combined, each bonus has to be claimed separately after the deposit has been lost.

4.4. The minimum qualifying deposit for claiming the Friday Cashback bonus is 20 EUR or 20 CAD.

4.5 No limitation applies to the maximum available amount of the Friday Cashback bonus.

4.6 All games can be played with the Friday Cashback bonus and no wagering requirements or maximum bet limitations apply.

4.7 Each bonus from the Friday Cashback is active for 30 days from the moment it has been claimed.
